Jindal Hotels Limited to halt trading for insiders ahead of Q2 earnings release

Jindal Hotels Limited will close its trading window for designated individuals from October 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, which will be released following a board meeting, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited on September 28, 2026.
