VL E-Governance restricts trading for insiders awaiting financial results in late 2026

VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company's insider trading code of conduct.
