Aqylon Nexus Limited will halt insider trading until after financial results are released

Aqylon Nexus Limited, formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, will close its trading window for all insiders, designated persons, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
