Universus Photo Imagings closes trading window for insiders ahead of Q2 results

Universus Photo Imagings Limited, formerly known as JINDAL PHOTO IMAGING LIMITED, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company by designated persons and insiders will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
