Yashraj Containeurs Ltd. halts securities trading during CIRP, reopening post-Q3 results

Yashraj Containeurs Ltd., currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 01, 2026, to November 16, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with the restriction lifting 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, which is expected to be released on or before November 16, 2026.
