Inventurus Knowledge Solutions closes trading window ahead of September results announcement

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in connection with the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the results to the stock exchanges.
