InsolaOon Energy Limited announced the allotment of 46,750 equity shares under its InsolaOon Energy Employee Stock Op Oon Plan 2024 (“ESOP 2024”/“Plan”), increasing the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 22,04,51,875 divided into 22,04,51,875 equity shares to Rs 22,04,98,625 divided into 22,04,98,625 equity shares, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and NaOonal Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 28, 2026.
