Pine Labs will halt securities trading ahead of financial results announcement in late 2026

Pine Labs Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, reopening after 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date for those results to be announced separately.
