BEMCO Hydraulics closes trading window for equity shares due to regulatory requirements

BEMCO Hydraulics Limited informed the BSE Ltd that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for all officers and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
