Kotyark Industries Limited will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
