Indian Overseas Bank closes securities trading window ahead of financial results disclosure

Indian Overseas Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the bank will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the disclosure of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
