Sayaji Hotels closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
