Premier Energy restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results announcement

Premier Energy and Infrastructure Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
