V.I.P. Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results release

V.I.P. Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
