Shyam Metalics halts trading for insiders pending Q3 2026 results release

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, promoters, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
