63 moons subsidiary acquires stake in Ticker Limited for Rs 8.50 crore on September 25

63 moons technologies limited said its wholly owned subsidiary, Financial Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, acquired 31,50,000 equity shares in its Indian unlisted subsidiary, Ticker Limited, through a secondary market purchase for a total consideration of Rs 8.50 crore on September 25, 2026, increasing its shareholding to 1.88% and an additional 0.18%.
