Natraj Proteins Limited closes share trading window ahead of financial results release

Natraj Proteins Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the quarterly and half-yearly unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and related circulars. The company will inform the date of the board meeting to approve the financial results in due course, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares during the closure period.
