Jana Small Finance Bank names Rajeev K. Head of Internal Audit, succeeding Ramachandran

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited announced that Ramachandran will retire as Head of Internal Audit on December 2, 2026, after seven years of service. The bank has appointed Rajeev K as the new Head of Internal Audit, effective September 28, 2026, bringing with him approximately 30 years of experience from Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and State Bank of India. The appointments were approved by the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Board, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and the bank’s board on August 11 and 13, 2026, respectively.
