Restaurant Brands Asia Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment under employee stock option scheme

Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, formerly known as Burger King India Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,39,999 equity shares under the BK Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015, resulting in an increase in the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,12,07,83,300 to Rs 7,12,21,83,290.
