VAS Infrastructure Limited, formerly listed on the BSE with Scrip Code 531574, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to November 16, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with the closure period ending 48 hours after the company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are declared on or before November 14, 2026.
