EPL Limited will halt securities trading October 1, 2026, following regulatory guidelines

EPL Limited will close its trading window for dealing in listed securities from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
