Yatharth Hospital closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
