Nath Bio-Genes closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Nath Bio-Genes (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
