Vedanta Iron and Steel will restrict trading for insiders following SEBI regulations

Vedanta Iron and Steel Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s insider trading prohibition code.
