Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
