Innova Captab closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Innova Captab Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
