Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
