CSL Capital to acquire 2,65,686 shares of CSL Finance Limited via inter-se transfer

CSL Capital Private Limited plans to acquire 2,65,686 equity shares, representing 1.17% of CSL Finance Limited’s share capital, from Rohit Gupta HUF for Rs 215 per share, through an inter-se transfer, according to a regulatory filing. CSL Capital Private Limited currently holds 68,30,927 equity shares of CSL Finance Limited as part of the promoter group. The acquisition, scheduled for on or after October 6, 2026, is being conducted pursuant to internal restructuring within the promoter group and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
