West Leisure Resorts appoints Satyanarayan Kurry as chair during annual meeting

West Leisure Resorts Limited held its 18th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, where Mr. Satyanarayan Kurry was elected to chair the meeting, and Mr. Satyanarayan Gangadhar Kurry and Mrs. Radha Chotalia were appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, both liable to retire by rotation, while Ms. Jyoti Shinde was appointed as Manager for a period of five years effective from April 1, 2026; the meeting also approved related party transactions for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.
