Lumino Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
