Atishay Limited announced it has received a letter of intent from the Punjab Urban Planning & development Authority (PUDA), Government of Punjab, for “End to End Scanning, Digitization, Indexing and records management services,” with a total value of Rs 2.34 crores, inclusive of GST, and a completion timeline of 12 months. The order, which enhances revenue visibility and reinforces Atishay’s position in government digitization projects, does not constitute a related party transaction and neither the promoters nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
