Eureka Forbes Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s insider trading policy; the date of the board meeting to approve the results will be announced separately.
