Susan Electricals India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Deepak Chauhan & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the company, effective September 28, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Saurabh Agrawal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries.
