Systematix Corporate Services closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Systematix Corporate Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
