Garnet International’s board trading window closes October 1st pending financial results

Garnet International Limited (Scrip Code: 512493) will close its trading window for equity shares for its board of directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
