Amalgamated Electricity Company Limited will close its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and insiders from October 1, 2026, to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
