Shri Kalyan Holdings Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
