East India Drums closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

East India Drums and Barrels Manufacturing Ltd. will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, to November 16, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with the period concluding 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, which are expected to be released on or before November 16, 2026.
