JM Financial to close equity trading window ahead of Q2/H1 2026 results

JM Financial Limited will close the trading window for its equity shares from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the public announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the Board Meeting for approval to be announced later.
