Likhitha Infrastructure forms subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, increases stake in Saudi Arabia firm

Likhitha Infrastructure Limited announced that its board approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Likhitha Infrastructure Middle East LLC, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and the acquisition of an additional 30% stake in its subsidiary, Likhitha HAK Arabia Contracting Company, from Arabian HAK Company Ltd., increasing Likhitha Infrastructure Limited’s ownership from 60% to 90%. The acquisition will involve a cash consideration of up to SAR 525,000 and is expected to be completed within six months.
