Bharat Forge closes trading window ahead of September financial results release

Bharat Forge Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and specified connected persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
