Accretion Nutraveda Limited, formerly known as Accretion Nutraveda Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's insider trading policy; the window will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, are declared to the BSE Limited.
