Universal Starch re-appoints directors Rawal and Thakkar at its annual meeting

Universal Starch Chem Allied Limited announced the re-appointment of Smt. Nayankuwar J. Rawal as a Whole-Time Director for a further period of three years, effective November 20, 2026, and the re-appointment of Shri. Vishal Thakkar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, at its 53rd Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Additionally, the company disclosed a change in designation for Mr. Gopalsingh Rajput to Whole Time Director, effective August 12, 2026, for a period of three years.
