Majestic Research Services closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, for directors, promoters, members of the promoter group, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct, ahead of the consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.
