Dilip Buildcon insiders face trading restrictions ahead of September 2026 financial results

Dilip Buildcon Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions for company insiders, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
