CCL Products announces exercise of 2,100 equity shares under employee stock option scheme

CCL Products (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that 2,100 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each have been exercised by an eligible employee under the CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2022, from CCL Employees Trust, superseding a prior disclosure due to technical reasons. The allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares, and the paid-up share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs 26,70,55,840 divided into 13,35,27,920 shares of Rs 2 each.
