Bharat Seats Limited restricts trading for insiders following SEBI regulations

Bharat Seats Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and insiders starting October 1, 2026, and continuing until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
