Esha Media Research closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of financial reporting

Esha Media Research Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
