Sayaji Industries will restrict trading for insiders during financial results reporting period

Sayaji Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
