Saksoft appoints Gurmeet Chahal as CEO of its US subsidiary, Saksoft Inc

Saksoft Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Gurmeet Chahal as Chief Executive Officer of Saksoft Inc. (US), a material subsidiary, effective October 12, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Chahal will also be designated as Senior Management Personnel of Saksoft Limited, and is not related to any director of the company.
